Palm Island is located west of Englewood, Florida and due north of Boca Grande. It is a small tropical island separate from the mainland accessible only by private boat or the local car ferry service.

 Our guesthouse is located on Palm Islands Kettle Harbor, and has a private location surrounded by tropical flora, Gulf breezes, and near 2 miles of private beaches where an abundance of marine wildlife and seashells await.

The house and property have the following amenities for guest use:

• Harbor side dock with up to 4 foot draft
• Swim ladder
• Canoe
• 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath
• Barbeque grill
• Outside shower
• Large screened porch
• Fully furnished with hardwood floors
• Central heat and air
